What if I want to cancel an order before taking delivery?

Please contact us at sales@referenceaudio.co.uk as soon as possible so we can to cancel the order and process your refund. If the goods have already been dispatched, we would kindly ask you send them back to ourselves for the refund to be processed.

How much is postage and delivery?

We offer FREE delivery to the mainland UK (excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight, Isles of Silly and some of the remote Scottish Isles). For areas not covered and for areas outside of the UK please contact us for a quote.

If I live outside of the UK can I still place an order?

Please contact us first and we will confirm whether we are able to accept your order.

What if I want further information on a product or want advice on product selection?

Please contact our sales department and one of our sales team will be able to offer advice. All details can be found on our contact us page.

Can we pop in to have a look around?

Yes you are very welcome to visit our store but in store demos are by prior appointment only. Please contact our sales team to book an appointment.

What if the goods I purchased become faulty after I have taken delivery?

If the item develops a fault within the first 30 days we will aim to have it replaced asap either collected by ourselves or reinstalled. If the item is faulty after this period then the manufacturer’s warranty will come into effect.

How do you pick which brands to stock?

We regular attend (prior to COVID) Munich high end show and many factory tours, this combined with countless listening hours we have hand picked a selection of the finest audio from across the world. Some not always to our exact tastes but we appreciate their strengths and recognise that they would be a strong offering for a particular customer.
