You will be able to check or modify your order at any time up to the point when you press the submit order button. You will then receive an email from us detailing the products you have purchased and providing you with an order reference number. This email is confirmation of your offer to purchase a product or products from us; it does not constitute an acceptance by us to fulfil that order.
Completion of payment does not constitute an acceptance by us to fulfil that order.
We will send you a second email when we have dispatched the order to you. The sending of the email will signify that we have accepted your offer and complete the creation of a legally binding contract between yourself and Reference Audio Ltd. Any products which are part of this order but are not included in the second email will not form part of this contract. We will send a separate dispatch email confirming a new contract for any further products we send out as part of the order.
We retain the right to refuse all or part of an order for any reason up to the point at which the contract is made between us. If this is the case, we will inform you of the decision via email.
